Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DinoStream mobile application and related services ("the App"). By using DinoStream, you agree to these Terms.

DinoStream is currently provided by an independent developer. No specific company or legal entity is named in these Terms at this time.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DinoStream only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its normal operation, or use it to violate the rights of others or the policies of connected third-party services (such as Google or YouTube).

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of DinoStream, you must sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs through your DinoStream account.

3. Google and YouTube Services

DinoStream integrates with Google and YouTube, which are third-party services not operated by DinoStream. Your use of these services is governed by Google's own terms and policies. DinoStream is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of these third-party services.

4. Streaming Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you stream or broadcast using DinoStream, including compliance with applicable laws and the terms of any platform (such as YouTube) to which you stream. DinoStream does not review or endorse streamed content.

5. DinoReward

DinoReward is the rewards/account system associated with DinoStream. Participation in DinoReward is subject to features and functionality as made available within the App from time to time. Specific reward rules, point values, and redemption terms will be published separately as they are finalized.

6. Premium

DinoStream offers an optional paid Premium tier with the following plans and benefits:

Monthly and yearly Premium are recurring subscriptions purchased and billed through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date, in accordance with Google Play's own subscription and cancellation mechanisms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that grants Premium access for as long as the App and this Premium tier remain available, and is not a recurring charge.

Where Premium access is granted through DinoReward point redemption (rather than a purchase), that access is time-limited or discount-based as described on the DinoReward page, and is separate from a purchased subscription.

We may change Premium pricing, benefits, or features over time. Where required by applicable law or by Google Play policy, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes to paid subscriptions.

7. Service Availability

DinoStream is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to DinoStream if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using DinoStream and disconnect your accounts at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DinoStream and its developer(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including issues arising from third-party services such as Google or YouTube.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DinoStream after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
